Food Waste Drop Off

Context: Grant-funded collaboration between OSU Design, UDO, SWACO, and OSU Zero Waste to establish the first neighborhood food waste drop-off in the University District, Columbus’s densest area.
Role: Project manager; coordinated stakeholders, managed a student design team, and guided site design and communication.
Outcome/Impact: Successfully launched in 2025 as the first food waste resource in the district, laying the groundwork for sustainable waste diversion at scale and providing a model that could inform SWACO’s installation of additional sites.
